Tower One: the tallest tower in Barcelona by altitude
Barcelona has a new landmark on its skyline: Tower One, the first building on Porta Diagonal, which has already reached its maximum height and has become the tallest tower in the city by altitude, rising 214 metres above sea level.
Located in Esplugues de Llobregat, at the entrance to Avenida Diagonal, Tower One redefines the limits of the city and stands as a symbol of its evolution. Designed by the prestigious Batlleiroig studio, this 25-storey tower with a hotel licence will house more than 500 rooms for visitors and students and multiple communal spaces, combining functionality and sustainability in a privileged setting. It is scheduled to be handed over to its final owner, the Hines Europa fund, in autumn 2025.
Beyond its visual impact, Tower One represents the beginning of a business and services ecosystem that will turn Porta Diagonal into a new axis of centrality in Barcelona. Its strategic location and innovative design reinforce the city's character as an epicentre of growth and international projection.
